Choosing the Right Online Real Estate School
Choosing the Right Online Real Estate School
It wasn’t all that long ago when choosing an online real estate school really wasn’t even an option. If you wanted to become an agent, you simply went to the nearest real estate school and enrolled in courses but this is not the case anymore.
Online real estate schools are not only becoming more common, they are also becoming more accepted as a reliable solution to getting your license. In fact, a number of traditional schools are now offering online training in one form or another. With all of these options, how do you decide which school is going to give you the best education and the best price? Here are some tips to help you make that decision:
Send their staff an email – That’s right, seems pretty simple though. Sending the school an email with a few questions will give you a good idea of how responsive and knowledgeable their staff members really are. You want to choose a school that answers emails quickly and goes above and beyond to make sure that you receive a satisfactory answer to your problems. Take a look at their credentials – Almost every respectable online institution will tell you their students success rate. That is the percentage of students that go on to pass theire real estate exam after course completion. A high success rate is great to see. Is there a guarantee – It is becoming more and more common for these online real estate schools to offer some sort of guarantee that you will pass your real estate exam or you get your money back. This is great. If their courses are not up to par and you fail the exam, you aren’t out anything and can then use that money to go with a different choice. Do they offer their own course work – A lot of online schools are little more than affiliates of other real estate schools. This means that they make a commission offering other another companies courses. Your best bet is to go with a company that has created their own course work and online training program. These together are a sign of a good school.
Regardless of what school you choose, you need to be sure that you made the right decision. A little extra time spent doing your research will help to ensure a great learning experience and a shorter amount of time to reach your career goals. Why not start your real estate career today!
Schools Don’t Educate Nor Do They Encourage Success
“Only the educated are free.” ~ Epictetus I was a teacher for over ten years. I loved the teaching and learning, so I went back to school too often mentioned. With all this “education” and teaching, I finally realized that the distinction between education and future success after graduation. I also read Robert Kiyosaki Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and especially his previous book, if you want to be rich and happy do not go to school. I would agree with his criticism of the school: schools that teach financial education that schools hurt students when they are actions that are harmful to the future success and not punishing the actions and habits that are essential to the success reward. What schools really reach? I could go on, how to handle the schools, students, killing wonderment and minds of children, teaching them to glorify the state and expect the Government to provide for all. School failures are indeed successful because schools have more power and money that values and rewards increase in illiteracy. State wins a population docile and ignorant workers. In no event shall encourage school students to learn something about freedom and liberty, instead they learn to idolize democracy to believe that its the equivalent of freedom. The classical liberal arts were once the training of the elite of the modern era, the freemen of ancient Greece. The ancient Romans and Greeks for the free education and training for slaves and servants. Most of what passes for education is to provide training. It is not free to students. They are good workers and good successor to do. Liberal education goal is to make you free, especially not a good or very serf pay. Today, however, only a few receive this training and who are notoriously underpaid for doing so. You can free minds. You can have more flexibility in what they can do, but they lack the skills to do skilled jobs with better pay. Specialized or technical education leads to higher wages, but also leads students real servitude or slavery. The only question is what level of serfdom reach students? If they are well paid and respected serfs or slaves, underpaid and despised. It may appear that the worker on a production line was a slave, as a system, but many will be surprised by a hold doctor, lawyer or engineer to be a serf paid more, but still a serf. Many are in debt and nothing else can do what they were for training and have no other choice but to stay in the profession that they hate. A doctor might as well paid as a miner in Appalachia, or an office worker trapped in a dark room. Debt and training, they brought in dead ends, where they feel they can not escape. Regardless of income, they are not free. Their training, they do not have freedom, but slavery. But lead in most cases, the two forms of education, not for freedom. Graduates are in debt and training, they may not see later taken new possibilities and options. While I believe that liberal education is important, if not important, because it is the extension of the mind, develops reason and imagination, and especially offers the possibility of learning, I also believe that to learn a skill, financial independence and continues to attract leisure self-development is another key to achieving true freedom. We are going through major economic, political, and social change. Relying on government not only stupid, it is dangerous for the freedom and future. It is imperative that you are looking for ways to take control of your financial life, to take to start learning to think for themselves and live a life.
